Advanced Entry

Schedules:

The 2013 Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) Outdoor Free Flight Nationals (NATS) will be at the AMA International Aeromodeling Center (IAC) in Muncie Indiana, Monday - Friday, July 8-12, 2013.

The National Free Flight Society (NFFS) United States Outdoor Championships (USOC) will run concurrently with the official events of the AMA Nationals on these same dates, July 8-12, 2013.

Entry Forms: all entries for the AMA NATS and USOC will be processed by the AMA.

Below are links the applicable entry forms on the AMA website. These forms will also be mailed in hard copy form to all contestants of recent years.

As noted on the entry forms, the forms  they should be filled out and sent with payment directly to the AMA for processing.

One can enter in either or both of these events using the forms above, applicable details can be found on the respective forms above.   

The deadline for advanced entry of both the AMA NATS and NFFS USOC is June 7, 2013.

I encourage all contestants to enter in advance.  While late entry is possible after June 7, 2013, up till noon of the day of the event, a late fee of $25 will be assessed.  Note there will only be one late fee assessed per contestant, so if someone enters late for both the official AMA and unofficial NFFS events only one late fee of $25 will apply. Quite simply, it helps those running the contest to enter in advance in order to prepare time cards and minimize the workload on the day of the event.
